Welcome to Emporia Child Care

Nestled in a peaceful setting next to C of E Park, Emporia Child Care is more than a day care center – we are a place where young children can love, learn, and grow. Our experienced staff fosters a positive atmosphere where where children build confidence, learn social skills, and explore through play. With enrichment activities like bilingual story time and visits from community guests, we support each child’s development in a safe and nurturing environment.

We provide full day programming, 5 days a weeks for:

Infants & Toddlers aged 2 weeks to 3 years

Preschool for ages 2.5 years to 6 years (who have not attended kindergarten)

Stay in the loop with the Brightwheel App

How Brightwheel Works:

  • Parents download the Brightwheel app and fill in all of their information.
  • You'll be able to communicate with your child's teacher by messaging in the app.
  • The downstairs classrooms (only rooms 2, 3 and 4) use the app to keep parents updated on diaper changes and feedings/food consumed.
  • Parents will also use this app to check in/out daily at the iPads on the front desk (one downstairs and one upstairs) every day.

The director shows high commitment to training and supporting staff, maintaining a safe and clean facility, and bringing in community partners, activities, and curriculum that is fun and fosters development in the kids.
